We use this site mainly as a place for communication between team members, so check this site often to find out what new events we have planned.
Our 2008 webmaster is Steve Davis (also the bike captain). You can talk to him at Swim, Spin, or Run practice if you have any problems with, comments about, or suggestions for the site.

2009 Workshop!!
Late Reminder to anyone in the local triathlon community: We will be having a second annual triathlon workshop tomorrow at 10:00am! More details here
Practice Triathlon
Several members of the team are going to do a practice race tomorrow on the Pigman course in Palo, IA at 8:30am (start racing by 9:00am). It is about 30-45 minutes away from the IC area. Look at the maps on the pigman website for directions to get to the swim start. More details are Here.
Transitions Practice!
For anyone who is new in the sport, or simply interested in working on their transitions, we are going to have a team transitions practice tomorrow, Wed 5/27 @ 6:00 at the Res. This is a great opportunity for new members who want to meet some of the other team members and captains. Be sure to come up and introduce yourself to me if I haven't met you before. Here is what I look like, come on down and say hi!
